Mr. Splivalo has been a practicing attorney for the past twenty years. He graduated from San Joaquin College of Law with a JD in 1986. His practice is limited to the State of California and California Federal Courts.

Mr. Splivalo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors in History from California State University, Fresno, and a Master of Arts Degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey.

His practice is primarily in three areas; Family Law, Personal Injury - Auto Accident Plaintiff's, and Real Property disputes. All three involve diligent research and preparation, going to court, and thorough case management.

This office serves the Fresno, Madera, Kings, and Tulare County Area. Sometimes, cases are taken outside the area. For example, we have handled a wrongful death case in Mono County, the eastern side of the Sierras; and a Family Law matter in Sacramento County.
